A Good Samaritan took it upon themselves to remove the keys from a possible drunk driver and call the police. The bystander apparently did not know the DUI suspect  that was involved in a minor accident in the parking lot of Walmart on Old Fort Parkway.

Susan A. Alred allegedly struck a parked car, backed up and struck a second vehicle and that was when the Good Samaritan stepped in and grabbed the car keys. 46-year old Alred was charged with DUI, reckless endangerment, driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident. The Murfreesboro woman was also cited for failing to provide proof on insurance. She will appear in court on September 18.
