A juvenile was shot outside of an apartment complex on Friday in Murfreesboro. The 16-year old was evidently gunned down at Kingwood Apartments in front of the “C” building. After being shot, the teen walked to the “D” building where he knocked on a residents door and asked them to call 9-1-1. The tenant called for help and police and paramedics arrived within minutes. The victim was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center with non life threatening injuries. So far, the shooter has not been caught.
