Two people were taken by LifeFlight Helicopter to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville after a wreck on Tuesday morning in Smyrna. The accident occurred around 5-AM on Morton Lane at Red Hawk Parkway. A truck crashed into a creek near Stewarts Creek Elementary School. Two people had to be extracted from the truck.
