For the second week in a row, Middle Tennessee has received votes in the USA Today Football Coaches Poll. The Blue Raiders garnered two votes this week to rank 38th nationally. The last time Middle Tennessee received votes in the polls prior to this year was the final poll of 2009. MT finished that year with 12 votes in the coaches poll to rank 34th, while also receiving four votes in the Associated Press poll to rank 37th. The 6-and-3 Blue Raiders, tied for first in the Sun Belt, will travel to South Alabama for a conference showdown Saturday. Pregame coverage begins at 1:30 Saturday here on WGNS, with kickoff at 2:30.
