The Murfreesboro Water Department says that someone is stealing their manhole covers. The thefts took place on a Warmingfield Drive. The thefts were in a cul-de-sac. The manhole covers cost about $300 each and will likely be sold as scrap metal. So far, no suspects have been identified.
