A man by the name of Jason Holt has been indicted by a Rutherford County January Grand Jury for allegedly raping a 10-year old girl. The incident was said to have occurred last year and the information surrounding the allegations surfaced when the child met with an officer of the protective services division for the state.  Holt will be arraigned on January 22nd. The child evidently told the state employee she "had sex" with Holt.
