Well, the good news FIRST… Murfreesboro is not on the list. The BAD news, nearby Nashville is on the list. Men’s Health Magazine came out with their rankings of the most active and inactive cities in the South and Jackson Mississippi was at the bottom of the list, which is a bad thing. Nashville, Tennessee was in the bottom five position, also not good. That means they are very inactive. Portland, Oregon was the most active city on the list.
The rankings were based on studies done by the Center for Disease Control.
