Rutherford County PAWS (Pet Adoption Welfare Services) has received a grant to spay or neuter Pit Bulls and Pit Bull mixed dogs.  This is totally free for the dog owner, and the procedure includes a rabies vaccination and microchip at no charge with each operation.
